Open / Drop-in Meditation at WeWork Chelsea

Join experienced meditation instructors and WeWork Wellness Tuesdays at 5:50pm in the Quiet Room at WeWork on 115 West 18th Street, 4th Floor.  Sessions offer introductory instructions mindfulness and calm abiding meditation, guided meditation sessions, and space to engage with colleagues in exploring new ways of working with our minds. Sessions will last 45-60 minutes.

Every Tuesday. 5:50pm. Space is limited, please RSVP. For more information, see here.
