We are thrilled to inform you that Tsoknyi Rinpoche will give a public talk on Monday, April 16th, at the Rigpa New York City center. Even amidst our busy and stressful lifestyles it is possible to feel a deep space of happiness and well being. This inner warmth and dawning awareness grows naturally out of our essential nature and can be cultivated through gentle practice. Rinpoche will explore how we can begin and sustain this all important way of living.

Tsoknyi Rinpoche has been teaching students world-wide for over nineteen years. He has a very  close connection with Sogyal Rinpoche and the Rigpa sangha having taught on numerous occassions at Rigpa centers since 1997. Concerning Tsoknyi Rinpoche, Sogyal Rinpoche says, “he speaks to us with an exhilarating freshness, being fully aware of the complexity of modern life and the needs of men and women today.” Tsoknyi Rinpoche is truly a bridge between ancient wisdom and the modern world. He is the author of three books, Carefree Dignity; Fearless Simplicity and Open Heart, Open Mind.

His new book Open Heart, Open Mind will be available for purchase at the event.
