Meditation

What Meditation Really Is (WMRI)
5 modules, 5-weeks each.  Recommended for beginners and all levels

Open Meditation, drop-in sessions
Weekly drop-in sessions, recommended for beginners and all levels

Mengak Study Pack I – Inner Peace and Contentment
11 sessions, recommended for those who have attended a week-end or equivalent

 

Love, Compassion and Boddhichitta

Loving Kindness
11 sessions, recommended for beginners and all levels.

 

Essential Advice for a Spiritual Life

Ancient Wisdom for a Modern World
4 sessions, recommended for beginners.

Turning Suffering and Happiness into Enlightenment
10 sessions, recommended for those who have attended a week-end or equivalent.

An Introduction to Study
4 sessions, recommended for those who have attended a week-end or equivalent.

 

Sangha gatherings
One day per month, for students of the Meditation, Ngondro and Dzogchen mandalas

** People who have attended an event with Rinpoche are also welcome to attend.
