This documentary takes you to India, to see where the Tibetan leader fled, and other locales of his various travels. There are interviews with high lamas of the Buddhist religion who speak of the 16th Karmapa’s works and influence in Tibet and beyond. Also, as the viewer learns about the life of this religious leader, they will also discover some of the basic beliefs and principles of the Buddhist faith.
