Exploring the Essence of Meditation

This is an opportunity for anyone who wishes to explore the Wisdom and Compassion of the Buddhist teachings. There will be special emphasis on doing Meditation practice and learning what it means to work with our minds. Each week, the discussion, teachings, and practice will be focused on a specific topic relating to the Buddhist path, and methods to make them practical and applicable to our daily lives.

Everyone is welcome, and no previous experience is necessary.

This is an open ongoing series that is open to newcomers at any time.
